Target the law-test area holding your score back. Choose any of the five official areas — Logic & Critical Thinking (18 questions, over a third of the test), Reading Comprehension (11), Verbal Reasoning (10), Numerical Reasoning (6) or Mathematics (5, law scope). Every question mirrors the Bocconi Law test format and is scored with the real negative-marking scheme, with step-by-step worked solutions.
The largest section of the law test — over a third of all questions — with two official types: propositions about data (judge statements true, false, or cannot-be-deduced from the given information alone) and deductive reasoning (a set of initial conditions followed by a question answered by pure deduction). Both are learnable pattern recognition, drilled with worked reasoning for every item. Note: 3-option items carry the heavier -0.33 wrong-answer penalty.
Unlike the standard test's economic passages, law-test passages are humanistic and discursive — pedagogy, history, philosophy, geography. Questions test explicit information and the implicit meaning of the passage as a whole. Our bank trains careful, evidence-only reading with a worked explanation for every item.
Argument analysis: one type gives a brief argument plus a statement to judge true / false / not deducible; the other asks you to reason about the argument itself — identify the hidden assumption, the logical conclusion, a logical error, or the statement that most strengthens or weakens it. Classic law-school thinking, drilled question by question.
Not about advanced maths — about reasoning over the data you're given. The challenge is usually reading a chart or table correctly, separating the information that matters from what doesn't, and doing simple, fast calculations. We drill exactly that, with worked solutions.
The law maths syllabus is deliberately narrow: plane geometry (triangles, rectangles, squares, trapezoids, circles), basic analytical geometry (points, distances, lines), sets, and numbers (ordering, percentages, unit conversions). No algebra, trigonometry or probability — so you prepare exactly what appears, nothing more.
