1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and BocconiPrep ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://bocconiprep.it website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use from time to time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms of Use. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Use by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms of Use are posted.

All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Site. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian read and agree to these Terms of Use prior to you using the Site.

2. RETURN POLICY

All sales are final, and no refund will be issued. We invest significant resources in providing high-quality, up-to-date materials tailored to the Bocconi online test. Please note that no refunds will be granted if Bocconi University changes their exam platform or format before the examination date. Users acknowledge this condition upon purchase.

The entrance guarantee (where applicable) provides free continued access to BocconiPrep materials if the student scores below 17 points on the official Bocconi online test. The entrance guarantee does not constitute a refund. To activate it, the student must provide their official score report.

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

BocconiPrep provides preparation materials for the Bocconi University online admission test. Our services include practice questions, timed mock tests with negative marking simulation, detailed worked solutions, and scoring strategy guides.

While our practice materials are developed to align closely with the structure and content of the actual Bocconi online test, BocconiPrep does not guarantee that the practice environment or the testing platform will be identical to the official examination software. Users should be aware that:

  • The testing platform provided by BocconiPrep is an independent system. It is not affiliated with Bocconi University, Giunti Psychometrics, or any official examination software.
  • We strive to update our materials to reflect any changes to the exam format or content that are made known to us. Nevertheless, BocconiPrep cannot ensure real-time synchronization with changes made by Bocconi University.
  • Our primary goal is to ensure the educational value and effectiveness of the preparation materials, irrespective of specific updates or changes implemented by Bocconi University.

The materials should be used as a supplementary tool alongside other study resources.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site "AS IS" for your information and personal use only.

The customer agrees that all material provided by BocconiPrep, including but not limited to practice questions, mock tests, crash course recordings, and strategy guides, is for personal use only. The customer is strictly prohibited from sharing or distributing any of BocconiPrep's material, in any form, to any third party without the prior written consent of BocconiPrep.

If the customer shares or distributes any of BocconiPrep's material without authorization, the customer will be liable to pay BocconiPrep a penalty of the price of the purchased package for every person it was shared with. BocconiPrep reserves the right to pursue legal action and to terminate the customer's access.

5. USER REPRESENTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use; (2) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the Site; (3) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means; (4) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (5) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Users are responsible for their own preparation and the appropriate use of BocconiPrep's materials. It is the user's responsibility to stay informed about the latest Bocconi test requirements and formats.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

  • Share or divulge your account credentials to any third party. Each account is intended for individual, personal use only.
  • Engage in account-sharing or facilitate unauthorized use of the Site by allowing other individuals to log in under your credentials.
  • Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with the Site.
  • Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts, data mining, robots, or similar tools.
  • Copy or adapt the Site's software.
  • Use the Site as part of any effort to compete with us or for any revenue-generating endeavour.
7. ACCOUNT SHARING
  1. Prohibition of Account Sharing
    Each user account is intended for the sole use of the individual who purchased or registered for it. Sharing your login credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms of Use.
  2. Damages for Unauthorized Sharing
    You may be held liable for damages equal to the full package price multiplied by the number of individuals with whom you have shared your access. BocconiPrep reserves the right to seek additional legal remedies.
  3. Enforcement
    BocconiPrep reserves the right to monitor and investigate any suspected instances of account sharing. If confirmed, BocconiPrep may suspend or terminate the account and pursue legal remedies.
8. CRASH COURSE CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule crash course sessions at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to emergencies, low enrolment, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation:

  • All enrolled participants will be notified promptly.
  • Refunds will be limited to the crash course component only. No refunds will be provided for access to practice materials or other bundled content.
  • Where possible, participants will be offered priority enrollment in the next available crash course session.
9. PRIVACY POLICY

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use.

10. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. We reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Site to any person for any reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms of Use or of any applicable law or regulation.

11. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These conditions are governed by and interpreted following the laws of the Netherlands. If your habitual residence is in the EU, and you are a consumer, you additionally possess the protection provided to you by obligatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

13. DISCLAIMER

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE AND YOUR USE THEREOF. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR PREPARATION MATERIALS WILL EXACTLY REPLICATE THE OFFICIAL BOCCONI TEST SOFTWARE OR FORMAT.

14. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US. BOCCONIPREP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN OUR MATERIALS AND THE ACTUAL BOCCONI TEST.
